Residential Trash Bin Cleaning Service Agreement

This agreement is between Fresh Bin Solutions and the (customer).

Service:  Regular trash and recycling bin cleaning.

Frequency: Monthly or one-time

Cost:  $25/month or $40 one-time

Terms:  Customer agrees to place bins curbside on cleaning day and ensure they are empty and accessible.

Cancellation:  Can cancel anytime with 7-day notice.

Liability:  Company is not liable for damage due to pre-existing conditions.

Authorization: By scheduling, the customer agrees to all terms.

b. HOA/Commercial Agreement

HOA/Commercial Trash Bin Cleaning Agreement

This agreement is between Bin There, Cleaned That and [Client Name].

Service Provided: Bin sanitation for all participating residents or commercial bins.

Pricing Structure: Based on volume and frequency (custom quote)

Schedule: To be coordinated with HOA/property manager

Pilot Offer: Includes complimentary cleaning of 50 bins as part of pilot program

Health Benefit: Helps reduce odor, bacteria, and pest attraction in community

Payment Terms: Net 15 or Net 30

Renewal: Annual or by project
